The North Coventry Fire Department (NCFD) was established in 1947. Located in Coventry Connecticut it provides primary
fire protection to the second voting district, rescue services to both districts, and mutual aid services to surrounding areas.
The department is comprised solely
of dedicated volunteers and has two stations. Station 11 is located on the corner of Main Street (Route 31) and Wright's Mill Road,
while Station 211 is located on Merrow Road at Laidlaw Park. Above is a breakdown of all calls for the previous four years,
the years listed indicate calls received from June 1st the prior year to May 31st of that year.
